On the websites
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking of any kind, and no advertising.
- The fonts are served from our own machine, so no other party is handed your address in order to deliver them.
- The server keeps a technical record of each request — network address, time, and the page asked for — for operation and security only, and it is deleted automatically after fourteen days.
- Those records are never sold or shared, and are not used to analyse anyone's behaviour.
In the app
The app saves the following on your device and sends none of it anywhere:
- Your last reading position, so you can carry on.
- Any bookmarks you add.
- Repetition counters.
- Reading settings: type size, line spacing and display mode.
All of it is removed when you delete the app, and you can clear your reading position and counters at any time from Settings → Reset progress.
Connecting to the internet
The text of the book is inside the app and works offline. The app connects only to check whether a corrected version of the text has been published; that request sends nothing about you or your reading, and asks only for the number of the latest published revision.
What we do not do
- We do not collect your name, your email, or your telephone number.
- We use no tracking or analytics tools.
- We show no advertising.
- We sell and share no data, having none to share.
Children
The library is suitable for all ages and collects data from no one, children included.
